These class series are recorded live and uploaded for students to take again or experience for the first time. The classes can give the feel of being in a live class; you will hear me speaking to students and the sighs and sounds of students who attended in person.
These classes are recorded in studio with no participants. These classes are available only to those with memberships to my site. Classes range in length and theme based on inspiration and where my focus is in my own life and practice. One new class released each month.
These classes are recorded with the intention to support somatic therapy clients who want to deepen the practices they are doing with me in session, at home. The recordings help to breakdown different, specific somatic therapy techniques and aid the therapeutic process.
