TERMS, CONDITIONS + CANCELLATIONS

PAYMENT POLICY

All guests must be paid in full for their trip before arriving at Toji. 

Any guests paying a deposit, will be charged the remainder of the balance one month before the trip. January 1st, 2025 the card on file will be charged the remainder. 

 

After November 1st the option to put down a deposit will no longer be available. Any guest wanting to purchase must pay in full. 

 

Anything extra purchased or booked will be charged upon checkout. This includes but is not limited to massages, extra excursions, and gift shop items.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation. The cancellation policy below is designed to protect both retreat leaders and all retreat attendees (prospective and current).

 

CANCELLATION | Initiated by Participant

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or any other unexpected occurrence. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.

 

--> Before November 1st, you can request to receive a partial refund, 50%. ONLY if we are able to reassign your room to another participant are you eligible to receive the 50% refund.

After November 1st there will be no refunds.

 

CANCELLATION | Initiated by retreat leaders

While we do not anticipate canceling this retreat, if we must cancel this retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

 

ALL REFUNDS are subject to a service fee by the POS provider. 


We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Again, if you have any concerns please purchase travel insurance.
