Private Ceremonial Retreats
A private ceremonial retreat is a carefully held container for those seeking deeper therapeutic, somatic, and spiritual support.
This work is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Each retreat is shaped through an intentional intake process, with attention to your personal history, current life circumstances, nervous system capacity, intentions, and readiness for this depth of work.
Ceremony can open powerful material, which is why preparation, containment, and integration are central to the way I hold this space. The intention is not simply to have a profound experience, but to support what arises in a way that is grounded, safe, embodied, and truly integrative.
Depending on your needs, your retreat may include ceremony, somatic therapy, breathwork, gentle movement, ritual, nature immersion, rest, and integration support.

Retreat Pathways
Not all individuals require the same level of support, preparation, or therapeutic depth. For this reason, I offer different ceremonial retreat pathways depending on your experience, intentions, and the type of support that is most appropriate for you.
Some retreats are designed as highly supported therapeutic containers with extensive preparation and integration woven throughout. Others are intended for returning clients or experienced participants seeking continued ceremonial work within an already established relationship and foundation.
Therapeutic Ceremonial Retreat
This pathway is designed for individuals seeking deeper therapeutic support through ceremony, somatic work, and intentional integration. It is often the most appropriate container for those who are newer to ceremonial work, moving through significant life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or seeking deeper relational and emotional healing.
These retreats move slowly and intentionally, allowing time for preparation, nervous system settling, ceremony, rest, processing, and integration support throughout the experience.
This retreat pathway includes:
• A thorough intake and screening process
• Pre-retreat preparation support
• A minimum 3-night stay
• Multiple somatic therapy and integration sessions
• Ceremony held within a highly supported therapeutic container
• Personalized integration support following the retreat
Because this work can open profound emotional, psychological, and spiritual material, additional support and preparation are essential to creating a safe and integrative experience.
Private Ceremonial Retreat
These retreats are intended for returning clients, experienced ceremony participants, or individuals who are seeking a more flexible and personalized ceremonial retreat experience.
While still requiring an intake and discernment process, this pathway may involve less therapeutic preparation and structure than the Therapeutic Ceremonial Retreat pathway. Retreats are shaped according to the individual, the intentions of the work, and the level of support needed.
Depending on the retreat, experiences may include somatic support, breathwork, movement, time in nature, rest, integration practices, and personalized guidance throughout the stay.
These retreats may range from 1–3 nights depending on the individual and the type of work being explored. All retreats still require an intake process and are offered through discernment and mutual alignment.

The Process
Because this work can open deep emotional, psychological, and spiritual material, all private ceremonial retreats begin with a careful intake and discernment process.
This typically includes:
• An initial inquiry call
• A detailed intake form covering personal, emotional, and medical history
• A follow-up call to review the intake and discuss appropriateness, intentions, and support needs
Not all individuals are suited for all forms of ceremonial work, and part of my role is discerning what level of support and pacing is most appropriate for each person.
In some cases, I may recommend beginning with somatic therapy or preparation sessions before moving into ceremonial work. This is never about exclusion, but rather creating the safest and most supportive container possible for meaningful and integrative experiences.
Retreats are offered through mutual alignment, readiness, and discernment rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
Integration & Ongoing Support
Ceremony is not approached as a stand-alone experience, but as part of a larger process of integration, embodiment, and relational healing.
Following the retreat, ongoing integration support is available to help process and ground the experience into daily life. This may include integration calls, somatic practices, reflection tools, nervous system support, breathwork, lifestyle recommendations, or referrals for additional therapeutic support when appropriate.
My intention is not simply to facilitate powerful experiences, but to support meaningful and sustainable integration afterward. Often, the deepest work begins once the retreat itself is complete.
Accommodations & Setting
Private retreats take place in a quiet lakeside setting in the Shuswap region of British Columbia, surrounded by nature, forest trails, and water.
The retreat space is a detached and private guest suite designed to support rest, reflection, and integration throughout the experience. The space includes a full kitchen, bathroom, comfortable sleeping areas, and direct access to nature and nearby beach areas.
For private 1:1 retreats, the space is reserved entirely for the individual. Couples and small groups share the retreat space together in a cozy and intimate setting. The accommodations are open-concept rather than separated into individual rooms, creating a more connected and communal retreat environment.
Depending on the season and group size, additional camping or nearby lodging options may also be available.
