Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Your deposit secures your place in the retreat and/or training and is applied toward your total tuition.

Deposits vary depending on the offering.

 

Cancellation Before Training Begins

If you withdraw from the training:

• More than 60 days before the start date — amount paid (minus deposit) will be refunded.
• 30–60 days before the start date — 50% of amount paid (minus deposit) will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the start date — amount paid is non-refundable.

 

Withdrawal After Training Begins

No refunds will be issued once an offering has commenced.

This includes all payments made, including deposits and instalment payments.

Payment plans remain binding once training begins, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or completion.

 

Missed Sessions

Payments are not reduced or refunded for missed sessions.

Completion of a training and certification requires fulfillment of all attendance, supervision, and submission requirements.

Somatic Therapy - sessions missed without notice are charged in full or count as a session with a package

 

Emergency Credit Policy

In cases of documented medical emergency or significant life event, credit toward a future offering may be considered at the sole discretion of Reanna Costa.

Credit does not constitute a refund and may be subject to an administrative fee.

Requests must be submitted in writing.

 

Non-Transferability

Participants may not transfer their registration to another individual. 

 

Force Majeure

If an offering must be postponed, relocated, or modified due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health restrictions, or venue-related issues), Reanna Costa reserves the right to reschedule or adjust the format of the retreat or event. Payments will not be refunded in such cases, but reasonable alternatives will be provided.

 

Cancellation by Organizer

If Reanna Costa cancels an event entirely, all payments made will be refunded in full.

Reanna Costa is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred.

 

Acknowledgment

By registering for the training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
